OBAMA WILL NEVER BE FORD OR JOBS

Some people like Barack Obama consider themselves geniuses.  Maybe he is a genius if we count the facts that he has never had to produce a shred of evidence that he is a United States citizen, no one remembers him from several schools like Columbia University that he supposedly attended, and he has gotten away with sealing his records at great cost and the indignation of many.

However, like many pseudo geniuses, Barack may have reached his proverbial Waterloo with his clumsy attempt at turning the United States into his personal version of a socialist state.  The tip of the iceberg began to show with his pronouncements asking “the rich to give a little bit more” of their income to support his government run utopia.  He won that round last year as the Republicans caved for him.

But, like most ego trippers, this time he has gone too far by wanting to change the greatest country in the world into the idealistic state he imagines it to be.   He was bound to be swallowed up eventually by his version of what health insurance in this country should be and now he is finding out that, among others, his own party is admonishing him.  While Benghazi, IRS scandals, Syria, and other follies have weakened his grip on the vulnerable, screwing around with healthcare may be his final step up the ladder toward the peak of the Peter Principle.

Henry Ford and Steve Jobs
November 15, 2013 may be a day Obama would like to forget as that was the day the Republicans in the House of Representatives won a decisive vote 261-157 on reversing his decision on healthcare implementation.  That total is impressive because 39 Democrats crossed the aisle and voted with Republicans.  Some Dem members of the Senate are getting restless too.  It reinforces that you can fool some of the people some of the time but not all the people all the time.

Last year Steve Jobs and his new pal Henry Ford were laughing as they looked down at the lines of people waiting up to eight hours to buy the latest version of Jobs’ iPad.  Since it was midnight, some were sleeping on the sidewalk; others were drinking mass quantities of coffee, while others feverishly played with the previous version of iPad.  Ford was especially impressed that Jobs could invent something that would entice people to wait in line all night to give him money.  As popular as the Model “T” Ford was, the crowds at least waited until daylight before rushing to buy one.

Jobs and Ford were geniuses; they knew how to sell and take advice from experts.  It’s been said that in meetings Obama is the most bored guy in the room.   It shows as he has yet to understand that the United States is a free enterprise country.

Meanwhile....THINK about this?:.....

IF, OBAMACARE was a private American corporation, like ENRON for example. With this kind of evidence:
(CEO caught intentionally lying about the facts for 4 yrs) (Cost to taxpayers soaring way beyond 3 times what was promised, and rising), (Firm hired to set up a website for $600 million that doesn't work is somehow re-hired / re-PAID to fix the mess just so happens to be a personal friend of the of the CEO's wife) (Millions of innocent Americans families harmed by losing their insurance) (yet the CEO and his entire board / congress ,managed to exempt themselves from abiding by the law)....

You and I both know that were this a corporation instead of big brother, OUR SELECTIVELY RIGHTEOUS, FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WOULD BE ALL OVER THIS, PROSECUTING AND IMPRISONING THOSE RESPONSIBLE !

Instead?....They are making excuses and more promises, and spending even more of your dollars fixing what they themselves screwed up Obviously...

IT'S GOOD TO BE KING!....

YES WE CAN!(and yes they are)

Obama and his wife should be arrested and kicked out of the U. S. post haste. Of course, that isn't going to happen as he will continue his hatred of this country with more destructive ideas.

At least some Dems are coming to their senses if the 39 crossovers are any indication. I'd love to see the Senate do a count.

Woodrow Wilson was about as bad if you can believe that could happen.

Between 1913 and 1920 his progressive movement was a joke. He was a former college professor who believed that the idiotic liberal crap he taught at Princeton would actually work.

As for Obama and his plan to get out of this jam, I don't see it happening. He is in too deep this time and he has no viable solution. He just plain old screwed up; everybody knows it and it shows with his sub 40% poll favorability.

Now, he will be a lame duck for his last 3 years along with being just plain lame in general.

Meanwhile, Holder is appealing his charges. What a crew we have.

Coyotes play Coyotes hockey and win 6/3 over a good Lightning team.
They are now third overall in the NHL and one point out of first in the Pacific.
What a game.

Jobs and Ford sort of approached business from a different approach but government used both of them in the end, one to facilitate commerce across the nation and spread civilization, the other to provide access for limitless data gathering in direct conflict with our fourth amendment rights.
When has it been alright for the government without a specific warrant to collect information that might be used against you at a later date without your knowledge nor permission?

I doubt the Democrats will saddle themselves with such a political black hole again in the near future.
This great experiment is not only a menace to the nation and global peace, he is a pox on the party.

Who is lying?
..who always lies and has lied consistently and is still lying to the American public today?

On the other hand it appears to me in this interview that Rogers is not being altogether truthful either..
Megan Kelley should probably be on any investigative committee- she's at least qualified.

I find it incredible that Obama would take quick action to fire someone who criticized his health plan....

BUT NOT THOSE WHO COMPLETELY SCREWED IT UP IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!

Middy,

It was nice to see a pretty easy win for a change. I'm tired of all the shoot-outs. Enough is enough.

I hope they come out fresh on Thursday and whip Denver.

The cardinals sure have the patsies lately. They barely beat a bad Houston team last week at home and today they have the 1-8 Jaguars on the road.

If they are not 6-4 after today, they better quit.

Jim probably stayed up late celebrating the unexpected bitch slap our hockey team gave the best team in the East last night with two rookie defense men.

midnightsstaff said...

Not to be a Sunday morning asshole but I think everyone should look at the difference between interviews between any hockey player and the urban Gorillas that play for the NBA- night and day- like we saw last night.

Hockey players are for the most part decent people.. not so much for NFL or NBA gutter trash.

You get an occasional non gangbanger in the mix but it's rare to have a R. Griffin, Kapernick or Aaron Rogers- mostly it's just Sunday prison trash out on parole ball.

Jim McAllister said...

Middy,

I agree on the Rogers interview. He acts like he is running scared; doing a lot of "beating around the bush" answering Megan's questions.

He was clearly nervous when she got to the point. It's like he had been scripted by Washington as to what to say.

Jim McAllister said...

PROUD,

I think the first comment concerning the firing of White spells it out pretty good:

What did he think would happen when he questioned King Obama. When Obama speaks all are suppose to swoon and be swept up in the magical wisdom of his words.

We're dealing with an egomaniac who who is so infested with a combination of Murphy's Law in addition to the Peter Principle that he doesn't know what to do with those who disagree but to get them fired.

Unfortunately, the ego tripper is the president.

Jim McAllister said...

Middy,

Do you really wonder why hockey has fewer really crummy gang banger types compared to NFL and NBA? We both know why.

Another interesting note I meant to mention earlier: How about Oprah pulling the race card on why Barack is getting so much heat over healthcare.

Damn, what a surprise; she says it is because he is black! Never mind that he is an incompetent loser no matter what his color would be. Besides. he is 1/2 white.

What a hypocrite she is: She was happy to flood her show with famous white people when she was flying high to get the ratings but all of a sudden she is a racist now that she has her millions.

I'm glad her TV network is a flop.

na.. now that I listen again, he is covering up something as well.

..he doesn't believe there is an effort to keep witnesses away from testifying? and he is saying there was a three hour lull between attacks??.. haha- he should hang with the rest.
..watch it again, he is deflecting his own blame not looking to uncover the truth- and she ain't buying his crap either- smart blonde.

Jim McAllister said...

Absolutely!

After that 6-3 win Barb and I popped open a fresh bottle of Andre!

Now we have to catch Anaheim.

Jim McAllister said...

Yeah, Rogers was definitely nervous and trying to choose his words carefully. No question he had his instructions of what to say.

Kelly is one tough broad and takes no sh-t from those guys. I wish she would have had more time.

I had a previous running back from LSU parole from my unit once, he did a twelve year stretch for armed robbery so that unlucky break probably sabotaged his natural career pathway.

..he was actually a decent guy for an inmate and I told him I hoped he made it on the way out- some do, most don't.

midnightsstaff said...

Andre needs to age for at least a week, you should try Champipple- Red's favorite "mixed" drink.

Kelly has all the time in the world, she wasn't ready to close that book.

Is there a formal investigation going on for Bengazi?- I honestly don't know, seems like it's been long enough to do something meaningful but all we get is dribs and drabs.

BTW- that Lightning team has beaten every western division team they have played this season.
Last Thursday they beat Anaheim 5-1 without Stamkos.
So far they have beaten LA, Minn, Detroit, Chicago twice, ST.Louis and Edmonton this season.
Coyotes are playing good hockey and if they stay with the Tippet system will make playoffs.
Keep in mind they still have great young picks in the system that haven't even been called up, we haven't even seen Gormley yet who is supposed to be better than Murphy by a lot- I think we have a big trade coming soon for a legitimate first line winger.

The thing that gets me is this constant hammering on us of the idea that when the exchanges start working that people will be saving a ton on health insurance compared to their current cost.

Look at the article I posted from Fox today about the college kids losing their school health insurance because of the giant price increase. No way they can afford that and everyone else will pay more too as has already been evidenced by premiums doubling and more.

Isn't that generous of him? Especially considering the fact that he promised us over and over that if we liked our current health insurance policies that we would be able to keep them permanently.

The funny thing is that Obama is not actually changing the law. So if your health insurance company allows you to stay on your current health insurance plan that does not meet the requirements of Obamacare, it is technically breaking the law.

And if you continue to stay on that current health insurance plan that does not meet the requirements of Obamacare, you are technically breaking the law.

It is just that Obama has promised not to enforce what the law says for one year"..

And it has never been more dangerous than it is now, thanks to a combination of there being larger, quicker, more lethal people delivering the blows and the lingering mentality brought to the game by coaches and players who cannot or will not change.

Football has an enormous appeal to many people who are borderline psychopaths in a manner that no other sport — and this includes the very virile sport of hockey — does not".- direct quote.

I recently bought Charles Krauthammer's new book "Things That Matter."

It's already number 1 on the best seller list and I can see why as Charles is a class guy who has guys like Obama figured out.

“It’s remarkable how the president discovers stuff late into his presidency. Remember at the beginning he spends a -- a near trillion dollars on the stimulus, and then discovers afterward that shovel- ready really doesn't exist. And then he told us just a few days ago he discovered how, you know, that purchasing health insurance is not easy. It’s rather difficult. I mean, is this news to him? And now he tells us he’s discovering that this issue of adverse selection in the absence of young people who will subsidize the older and the sicker is a real issue. It's been the problem at the heart of this all along. Why would a young person want to subsidize older people by having their premiums double, which is exactly what ObamaCare does.” –Charles Krauthammer on “Special Report with Bret Baier”

Charles makes it all so logical. One would think that the president of the US could do likewise but we know better.

Middy,

Ryan is right about the dangers of football but it's not something that we didn't already know.

Guys like Jumior Seau and a few others who have committed suicide probably wouldn't have done so if they chose to be accountants or taxi drivers instead of ball busters in the NFL.

Whether it is up to society to ban the game or just warn the players of the possibility of terrible injury is the question.

Government should stay out of it. Like most things they get involved in, it's none of their business.

As far as the NFL, the new rules they have are ruining the game. There is basically no such thing as kickoffs being returned anymore and guys are being fined for certain types of tackles.

I say let 'em play if they want to take the risk. By now thy should know the dangers but I'm sure many don't want to give up the good money they make.

I remember many years ago it was said that the average life span of NFL players is 58 and that was before they became the large behemoths they are today.

If football wants to address another problem, they should start ejecting the drunk fans from games. THAT is really getting out of control.

Of course some of the old farts out here are always writing letters to the local paper complaining about the noise saying it interrupts their naps. Most of the old folks I've met can't hear worth shit any way.

I see Dirty Harry Reid and the rest of the slimy Democrats voted to change senate rules that have been in effect since 1789 in regard to filibuster. Now instead of a 60 vote rule it only takes a simple majority. Bastards.

midnightsstaff said...

Well I guess I'm an old fart because I have been living in this house since May of 2004, nearly ten years and have you ever heard me complain about the air traffic noise?- I've been listening to F-15's and 16's for quite a time now.

no... I haven't- these are three or four times louder than the F-16's the AF had, and in Sun City any air traffic is going to be landing not take off, I get the afterburners and for twenty miles coming I can hear the compressor scream, it sounds like an incoming V2.
When they are over Yuma it sounds like the end of the world.
I haven't heard anything this noisy since 1968.

By the way that old "sound of freedom" nonsense.
.. not likely- most of these pilots ripping up the skies are from other nations like Saudi Arabia, Jordan, etc. they are here being trained on your nickle- so enjoy paying your taxes.

.."In February 2011, the Pentagon put a price of $207.6 million on each of the 32 aircraft to be acquired in FY2012, rising to $304.15 million.. The U.S. Government estimates that in 2020 a "F-35 will cost some $85m each or less than half of the 2009 initial examples cost. Adjusted to today’s dollars the 2020 price would be $75m each"..

Well if we can't trust the same people who told us employment was improving last Nov. to give us actual costs who can we trust?-
Just who are we going to fight using this level of military waste- cave men in Afghanistan?

http://nation.time.com/2013/03/06/more-f-35-turbulence/

..besides being a waste of money, it's an inferior design.

midnightsstaff said...

Yeah, I guess I could hope they are only running illegals or a rolling whorehouse but I'm still headed for Van Buren..

..(it's like walking into Cheers where everybody knows your name.)

midnightsstaff said...

.."anyone seen Lupe?"..

I nearly took a likely ObamaZombie out in the Wallyworld parking lot this afternoon, fortunately I creep around like some chester stalking the girl's shower while driving anyway- this guy walked out from between two cars texting and not watching traffic.
Had to slam them on so as to avoid a lot of paperwork and he kept walking never even seeing me- "texting, unsafe at any speed".

Houston... this nation has a problem and texting is part of it..

Mike said...

Middy, I'll take the sound of a jet flying over the house over a car with a boom box playing rap music any day.

midnightsstaff said...

Want to buy a house?- no rap music here.

Big game tonight, playing the Av's in Glendale, a win will put them in pole position.

I was thinking, we never ever hear the idea that any college or AHL team could ever beat even a last place NHL hockey team and the difference is because we have good AHL players come up and play in games due to injuries and such so we get to see how the skill level compares.
For the most part it doesn't.

Last game a kid named Connor Murphy came up for one game, played lights out defense, got an assist and a goal which was the game winner, was picked as one of the three stars of the game and got back on the bus next morning to go back down.. it's tough.

Not so in Football, never does a college player get a game in the bigs and then sent back for seasoning.
I used to be a Bud Wilkerson fan as a kid and couldn't imagine the Sooners losing to the Cleveland Browns.. every kid in Channing Texas agreed with me that nobody could stop the wishbone.

I/we was wrong.

Mike said...

Middy, you sound like Jim. I still think a good college football team like Alabama could beat a team like the Cardinals.

Carson Palmer would be watching the game on his backside.

Jim McAllister said...

Mike,

I was talking to Middy on the phone yesterday when those jets went by and it sure brought back memories from my Air Force days.

I was stationed at Whiteman AFB, Missouri about 60 miles east of Kansas City. We didn't have air conditioning in our barracks so we had the windows open all night in hot weather.

A lot of the work done on our planes (B-47 jets) was done after midnight into the morning.

I worked in the Bomber Tool Crib on the flight line and got off at midnight. When I got back to the barracks I could hardly get to sleep from the roaring of those jet engines. It was the first time I had ever gone to bed with that much noise.

But, like everything else in the military that I wasn't used to, it didn't take long to adjust and after a couple weeks I couldn't get to sleep UNLESS they were revving up the engines.

I guess I would have to define it as conditioning!

Jim McAllister said...

Middy,

Sounds like the F-35 is a piece of junk with the cockpit problems, visibility and this quote from that article: (“Aft visibility will get the pilot gunned [down] every time”)

No, thanks if I'm a pilot. It sounds like our old B-47's were safer.

Jim McAllister said...

Middy,

"this guy walked out from between two cars texting and not watching traffic."

That guy sounds like a candidate for the new game played by the black teenagers. Their latest fun thing is to pick out an unsuspecting white guy and suddenly hit him as hard as they can for a knockout.

It's happening all over the large eastern cities and I'm sure it is on YouTube. They refer to it as "taking down a polar bear (white person).

Just another reason to be on the alert and be locked and loaded at all times.

Of course no word on this dastardly deed has been mentioned by Al or Jesse. They don't have time to try and correct the SOB's of their own race. They are too busy trashing white people.

Jim McAllister said...

Mike,

Once again, there is no way Alabama or any other number one college team could beat a pro team.

Middy is right: As great as the Oklahoma Sooner teams were with Bud Wilkinson there is no way they could have beaten the worst team in the NFL which in those days was probably Pittsburgh.

As I've said before, it's men against boys. Those college kids would be shaking in their boots just watching the pros warm up.

You're wrong on this one. You are thinking too much with your heart instead of your head.

Jim McAllister said...

Mike,

As far as a college team beating the Cardinals, the Cardinals are 6-4 in the NFL and Carson Palmer is now in the groove.

I'll admit that the Jaguars and Tampa aren't the best teams but, once again, they are pros and are on teams that a lot of college kids couldn't make the cut on.

midnightsstaff said...

Think sleeping with jets is annoying, try sleeping in the jungle rain with mosquitoes.. yeah the military, I remember being able to actually fall asleep at attention.
Any opportunity to take five was taken, it actually seemed like you never got a minute left alone to just crash out.
No wonder I weighed in well under a buck fifty when I rejoined polite society.
Coyotes should have won, but the hockey gods weren't giving husses tonight.
Two disallowed goals and I don't know what kind of officiating that was..
Saturday night they need their "A" game when they play the Ducks.

The military builds character, there is simply no way you can remain unchanged after one of life's ultimate life changing experiences.
It's when I found out I didn't need to follow anyone or depend on anyone.

midnightsstaff said...

Well we will just never know for sure about the great debate on college vs. pro football.

Because it ain't never gonna happen.
Getting a nice soaker right now and more coming.. was headed for the hot tub but I have a problem with getting rained on since the late sixties- we all have our hangups.

Jim McAllister said...

The military builds character, there is simply no way you can remain unchanged after one of life's ultimate life changing experiences.

You nailed with that statement. Kids today have no idea what it is like to have to leave mom's cooking and washing their Fruit of the Looms and go to some basic training base with a bunch of guys they don't know.

One thing they do know: They don't want to do it. In my case, I feel that those 4 years in the AF were some of the best years of my life and the draft should never have been repealed.

Yeah, tough loss but the nice thing in hockey is being able to salvage a point even if you do lose.

I had a feeling they were going to blow it; Denver seemed to really be coming on at the end. Still, it's too bad to lose when all you have to do is kill 41 seconds to get 2 points.

Jim McAllister said...

If I had a few million to spare, I would love to sponsor a game between the worst NFL team (Jacksonville) and the number one college team, probably Alabama.

I think that's the only way we could convince Mike that he is wrong.

Speaking of Jacksonville, I hear the NFL wants to put a team in London by 2017 and it would probably be J-ville. They may as well move them somewhere; their stadium was about half full for the Cardinal game last week. I know the Cards aren't much of a draw but half full in the NFL?

midnightsstaff said...

Well when you take away two disallowed goals it's hard to win a game against a top tier team.

Both of those goals were clearly bad calls by that ref team, and with all the penalties not getting called why blow a whistle with less than two min. remaining?.. ah.. at least they got a point.

The military is a good experience for a normal person, but the shit that's coming out of high school today in these gang infested cities are not the same animal that benefited from the 60's program.

Really, do you want a military comprised of the Travon's and Julio aka "Ghost" given guns?, besides they are already placing all those types in with Obama's national domestic forces.

Jim McAllister said...

I think Trayvon would have gotten the shit kicked out of him in the military; especially the Marines.

Even in the AF they had ways of handling scum like him. I knew a little twerp black guy from Cleveland named "Rico" who thought he was hot shit; at least for a while until he found out that his barracks mates had ways of taming his ass.

I remember more than one blanket party in the barracks where lessons were taught about mature and acceptable behavior.

midnightsstaff said...

.."I think Trayvon would have gotten the shit kicked out of him in the military; especially the Marines"..
haha.. I'll tell you what I told Mike-

.."it ain't never gonna happen".

We had a floater placed back into our recruit company a couple of weeks before we graduated, he had already been in for nearly two years and the day before graduation he was slammed back into the Correctional Custody platoon.
Dude probably did his whole hitch in San Diego.

midnightsstaff said...

Ha.. I thought when I got out of Gomer Pyle's old hootch at MCRD things would get better; there is a reason for not letting non hackers screw up a functioning outfit, boot camp was the only and last place I got assigned an actual rack inside an actual building, first it was tent city during ITR and then off to the bush, my game went mostly outside for the rest of the time.

Government encouraged, entitled freeshit army assholes like Travon wouldn't have been able to hack it in the bush and would have caused lots of problems.
..they are simply a cancer on society.

Jim McAllister said...

Agreed on Trayvon.

I met a few like him in San Antonio at Lackland. Some of them they didn't screw with; they just threw them out of the service. Others were handled by their fellow recruits.

The instructors always subtly told the rest of us that if we had a malcontent in the barracks, they would look the other way if we wanted to straighten them out.

We had a few who didn't believe in showers so that little matter was frequently handled with a GI brush scrub down. It usually got the point across when we showed those guys the wire brush.

Barracks life in basic was such a joy; just like home.

After mail call we would adjourn to the 6 commodes we had for 65 guys. The lucky six got to sit across from each other and shoot the shit wile reading mail. No doors or walls separating the commodes of course. Just like home!

Mike said...

Jim, I'd pay to watch that game. I know it will never happen but it would be fun to see.

Sometimes miracles do happen. Remember the 1980 U.S. hockey team? No one gave them much of a chance but they beat the Russians, who were basically a pro team, and then went on to win the gold medal.

midnightsstaff said...

Yes.. the Olympics, the last refuge of purity in athletics..
(Of course every national hockey team picks their "amateur athletes" from the NHL rosters).
The NHL actually suspends their season for the Olympics- does the NFL do anything like that?

..pink jockstraps.. (maybe on the cheerleaders)- the destruction of the NFL began once the sideline reporters names turned into Kitten, Pam and Boopsie.

..expect a dyke special teams or receivers coach in the new NFL within five years- maybe an ex Mercury player.

Mike said...

Middy, it's sad to see what the NFL has become. That's why I rarely watch it anymore.

midnightsstaff said...

well guess what I found about ten minutes ago in a box of my brother's effects, a complete copy of the San Bernadino Sun Nov. 23 1963 edition.

It's in remarkably good shape for being fifty years old.

..guess what the banner was?..

Jim McAllister said...

Mike,

J-Ville is really a sad team but as bad as they are, the Cardinals couldn't catch them until the 2nd half and only won 27-14. The stands were half empty and the NFL doesn't go for that. In 2017 they may be the "London Jaguars."

I think the NFL is making a mistake wanting to play in Europe. They had that NFL development league there a few years ago and it folded. They want soccer over there.

The 1980 US win over Russia in the Olympics hockey was one of the best sports moments in history. I can still hear Al Michaels shouting "Do you believe in miracles? Yes!"

Jim McAllister said...

I can't disagree on the sideline reporters. Some are real babes but they should know that they are there only to increase male visibility of the sport. Nothing like Erin Andrews doing a sideline bit with that beautiful blonde hair flowing in the wind.

Jim McAllister said...

The banner headline of the 11-23 1963 "San Bernardino Sun"?

Uh.....Alabama beats LSU to win the Southeast Conference? LOL

midnightsstaff said...

Na.. the headline was.. "UCLA surprises lowly SF 49'ers in mid season scrimmage" in great big red letters.

..The San Francisco 49'ers playing on a soggy sprinkler soaked field in what most would say should have been a push over of an exhibition game were suprised by the UCLA Bruins who came out strong last night resorting to a modified wishbone offense due to a wet field and stunned the small crowd at the Victorville high school football field by dominating the San Franciso Fortyniners 43 to 4"

.."those kids are just too fast said a visibly shaken John Brodie after the loss- I guess we have never seen a well run option play"- true story..

well I guess the controversy has already been answered.

On page two there is a small stringer about some politician named C. Manson, who narrowly losing an off year election for mayor vowed - "You haven't heard the last from me"- as he and his mostly female entourage stormed out of a city counsel meeting..
..on page six was the story of some shooting in Dallas.

..times were different then..

Jim, bad news. Deb's off all next week from baby siting. I've got a feeling that somehow I'm going to be involved in home improvement projects.

Uh-Oh.....Better come up with some excuses. How about you are rearranging your sock drawer or you have to give your guns a good cleaning!

Here is a great conservative local blogsite that many of you should enjoy.

It's called "Seeing Red" and is very interesting. Recent comments include the new White House rule that they will be releasing information as they please now without dealing with the press as before. Transparency? I don't think so!

A good piece about Oprah's recent mouthing off too. It's funny how since she has her millions, the truth finally comes out about her racist feelings.

Interesting tidbit sent to me from reader "Sam". Just one more reason why gun control doesn't work:

The United States ranks 3rd in Murders throughout the World.

But if you take out Chicago , Detroit , Washington DC and

New Orleans, the United States is 4th from the Bottom for

Murders.

These 4 Cities also have the toughest Gun Control Laws

in the United States.

All 4 are also controlled by Democrats.

It would be absurd to draw any conclusions from this data …

…………. RIGHT....RIGHT?

midnightsstaff said...

Ya.. you and sam are raaaacisssts for even pointing that out- especially sam sam who has been doing it longer.

..on another note from today's Washington EndTimes..

.."Only four of 10 Americans think the president is an effective leader, CNN said. Fully 53 percent think he’s dishonest, untrustworthy — the first time a clear majority thought this about the president. And perhaps worse, given this was the president’s strongest asset: Fifty-six percent say they don’t even admire him as a person any longer"..
http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2013/nov/25/obamas-star-falls-56-percent-dont-admire-him-now/#ixzz2lgTjSVc3

Not much to add to that except... ah nevermind.
.."there are three types of sheep, those who know what's going on, those who don't know what's going on and those who don't want to know what's going on"- anonymous.

Jim, I tried every excuse I could think of, it didn't work. Spent a lovely hour and a half at Lowe's today and spent a fortune. I'd have much rather spent an hour and a half at Cabela's and spent a fortune.

It's amazing that the cities with the strict gun control laws run by Democrats have the most gun violence and murders and yet they can't figure out why.
