THE PHONINESS OF LIBERALISM

Middy was kind enough yesterday to post the clip of Michelle Obama wearing her new Walmart inspired 1968 Diana Ross wig while she stuffed her face at the inauguration.  In case you missed it, click here.

She reminded me of some of the guys I knew in the Air Force who would eat like it was going out of style.  Meanwhile, she thinks school kids should starve on her idiotic diet.  When I say “school kids”, I am omitting her kids who eat hearty meals at their private school.

We now find out that Beyonce faked the National Anthem with lip synchronization.  That’s pretty gutless; I guess she hasn't the voice she thought she had.  Yes, Beyonce, you would have no career without electronic assistance.

My wife Barb taught elementary school for 22 years and draws an interesting analogy of how liberals might like to apply their philosophy to student grades.  Obama would probably applaud this method using his tired statement of how “It’s only fair” just like “it’s only fair that the rich pay a little more.”

The liberal grading system:  Child number one studies his butt off to get an “A”.  Child number two does nothing and gets an “F”.  Fear not, child number two!  We will take half of child number one’s “A” and give you a “C” so you can pass.  The other half of child number one’s “A” also becomes a “C” which he retains so he can also pass.

That's OK kid, have a nice nap, the good
students will cover for you.  Maybe!
What is the lesson learned?  The “A” student now realizes that no matter how many “A’s” he gets, he will lose half his grade to the loser kids who do nothing.  He now figures, “Hell, if I get an “A” I will only lose half of it to that kid sleeping at the desk next to me.  Like him, I’m going to do nothing and take my guaranteed “C”.

The “F” student loves this system.  He can sleep in class every day and still pass with a “C”.  Even if he decides to better himself by studying hard and getting an “A”, he knows he will only lose half of it to some other loser like himself so why bother?

The above is a good example of what Obama would love to have you think “is only fair.”  To him fairness is for someone to take risks, work long hours, become successful, and then give a large amount of what they earned to those without the same ambition.  It’s a wonder that anyone has initiative anymore.

In case you are someone who has initiative and is feverishly looking for a job in the still bad economy, I would advise you to take your resume very seriously.  If ever the term “watch your p’s and q’s” was in effect it is on a resume.  Bad grammar can get you tossed in the trash in a hurry.

With the number of resumes flooding employers, they have to be narrowed down somehow and grammatical errors are one way to do that according to CareerBuilder.

Checklist:  Know your homophones!  Those are words that are spelled differently but sound the same.  Too, to, and two are good examples.  I see a lot of writing where people don’t know what to do with “too.”

Keep tenses correct, proofread, and proofread again.  This is something I always do with the blogs.  If you find a mistake, it isn't because I'm not TRYING to get it right.

Your column on Walter Winchell was interesting. I do remember him, I'm that old!

Did you see the witch roll her eyes when BO was talking to Boehner? No class!

As far as the rest of the BS, I watched the Military Channel and read about his BS proposals in the paper.

Resumes are critical, and they need to have at least valid spelling and grammar/syntax. I have reviewed resumes in various job positions while we were looking for applicants, and some of them made me (a degenerate English major) gag. I actually have a side business called 'Wordsmithing by Glo' where I update and/or create resumes. I've had about a dozen clients, all referrals, and last week I created a brand new first-time resume for a young man getting out of the Marines after a 5-year hitch. He was so amazed and appreciative. I hope he makes it, and at least I have the satisfaction that I helped someone get a start in his civilian professional life.

As far as that grading curve, it sukks the big one. You should get the grade YOU EARNED, period. But, that demented thinking also holds true with corporate America, where you can only have a certain number of excellent performers, average performers, and below-average performers. You may have a full team of fantastic employees, but they won't all be getting that deserved high rating. Pathetic. Welcome to the new America, not the one from our own generation or the ones before it.

Jim McAllister said...

Middy,

I've done a couple resumes many years ago. I had a manual for writing them which helped.

Besides the obvious mistakes to avoid, they always strongly advised keeping them short and to the point.

If an employer has a bunch of them to read the last thing he needs is for them to duplicate "War and Peace" in length.

Jim McAllister said...

Ed,

If I would have been good enough to make the team, I would have done the same thing.

enema, huh? LOL

Jim McAllister said...

Glo,

"Wordsmithing By Glo" huh? Great name. Why am I not surprised that you never let any grass grow under your feet, Glo?

I've always admired the way you move on when there is adversity rather than cry and bitch about it.

Too many people today are glad to whine and not accept the challenge of starting over. Maybe it's that New England "never give up" mentality that you possess.

Yes, we are in a different America now; a sensitive place where we must be careful not to say anything that might be "hurtful" to someone.

Hopefully, we will cycle through that nonsense after the next four years.

Speaking of California, golfer Phil Mickelson said yesterday that he may leave California because of the big increase in taxes.

He used to live here at Gainey Ranch when he got out of ASU. Great golfer, class guy: I'd like to see him move back to Scottsdale.

Jim McAllister said...

Thanks, Alan.

I love historical stuff and Winchell sure qualifies as a great character of the past.

He was a prototypical Damon Runyon type from the old days of New York and the Great White Way.

Burt Lancaster starred in "Sweet Smell of Success" in 1957; very much based on the life of Winchell.

midnightsstaff said...

I didn't even know I owned an alliteration- should it have green eyes?

Actually they say English is a complex language, but being born into it and too lazy to learn another I have to take their word.
Threw, through... yeah they do sound similar yet have different meanings, but as with the Hawaiians who have many names for the color blue I reckon all languages are equally abstruse.

midnightsstaff said...

I guess Phil had someone get to him so he backed off that rant he went on and apologized to the GoldenUnicornState for dis'in them from the pro shop.

midnightsstaff said...

I resemble that remark Jim, haha..
Years ago I was a voracious reader, my favorite author was James Mitchner, a screaming democrat from Buck County-
I think I read nearly all of his novels, he brings an element of scope to his work that is somewhat unique.

Another good one is James Clavelle author of Whirlwind- which is a great story based on the Iranian revolution in the 70's.

don't use those big words on me Jim, you know how it upsets me- and when I get upset I eat.

But to the point, at one time the Raiders had a motto "Commitment to Excellence" which everyone understood.. today I doubt many sheeple could explain exactly what a concept like that means.

Jim McAllister said...

Middy,

I'm glad I was born into English. It must be hard to learn with words that are spelled the same but have different meanings based on the context.

My mother was French-Canadian from Montreal so I've had some experience with French. It has its exceptions but nothing like English.

Jim McAllister said...

Phil is a good guy and one of the best behaved guys I have ever seen in any sport.

He has apologized for his statement but I think he will leave anyway. He mentioned his tax amount and it is huge. I wouldn't be surprised to see him move back to Scottsdale. He lived here at Gainey Ranch after graduation from ASU in 1991.

He is also involved in a golf course that he helped design in North Scottsdale's McDowell Mountain Ranch.

Jim McAllister said...

Barb is a voracious reader while I am a bathroom and before bed reader.

She has read some Mitchner. A bit too long for me just like Tolstoy.

I'm currently reading some mystery novels by a guy named Arthur Upfield who was born in the UK but grew up in Australia.

The protagonist is a half caste white-aborigine detective inspector named Napoleon Bonaparte. Great local color and Australian terminology combined with mystery.

I highly recommend.

Did anyone else but folks in Missouri catch NBC during the inauguration talking about Romney and Obama both working to build the "world government," and my roommate has a DVR thing. We replayed that a few times in disbelief. They just said it like they were talking about fishing. Like it was NOTHING!

The shrink and I used to have some really good conversations and all the government has to do is NOTHING. Let people be people and write laws in reaction to their misbehavior.

Bernie Madoff proved rich folks can't be trusted. Plus dictators illegally invested in him opening the door to a bitch slappy by the Muslim Brotherhood and they are not actually real pro-Islam, mainstream wise. More like CIA version.

Here Jimmy. "An Unexpected Visitor," directed by Nick. Yeah, we just let him run with the script and I followed his directions for the camera angles.

BTW, Nick is a liberal. Dale and I are conservatives. It's not easy ...

A lot of people do films, but we want ORIGINALITY!

In the last film, we experimented with lighting, angles, more. It's like writing literature, in a way. Cutting out scenes to improve the flow. I would love to do dual screens on phone calls, but I haven't figured out that program quite yet.

Nick was so proud. He edited the video is just ONE HOUR! I take DAYS! But then his video would not work properly and he had some really good ideas that I adopted in the final cut and had to figure out how to make fractional snips.

The one scene where he says he's changed took about four hours to edit alone! Think of it as slicing tiny little slices of film and putting it back together!

Still, I am decades behind Hollywood filmmakers! Definitely no Johnno Zee (Ozarks filmmaker, zombie movies)

Hi Jim,

I have read both of your columns and you have done a ‘bang-up’ job. And I really liked the Walter Winchell piece for I used to listen to the man on Radio. Remember Radio?

From 1958 when I moved out of my Mom’s place after high school, I lived for years in a succession of small sro (single room occupancy) hotels, slowly working my way up to better and better accommodations as my salary and fortunes advanced. I worked days and went to college at night; yet still managed to enjoy a world of friends, a few celebrities and the like. It was called the American Way when I did it.

However, I could not afford a TV set of my own (the hotels charged a $1 a night rental fee), so I listened to the Radio. One of the shows I enjoyed most was the Walter Winchell Show. Loved it! The man had the kind of guts and sincerity you don’t see nowadays in the ‘ultra high paid’ media flubs.

Keep writing Jim, it’s great!

Jim McAllister said...

Proud,

I remember that play. Brady is a punk who is frustrated that the Pats can't win the big one anymore.

I think it stared a few years ago when Eli Manning and the Giants whipped his butt at Jiffy pop in the Super Bowl.

This should be a pretty good Super Bowl. I usually don't even watch it but there is some intrigue to this match up. I'm anxious to see how Kaepernick does.

Jim McAllister said...

Middy,

The NFL is turning into a wimp league especially since they are getting lawsuits thrown at them by former players and their families.

It's a tough business and those guys are happy to make the big bucks but when injuries occur, they want to start suing. Hence, we don't see many kickoffs run back any more among other things.

When they get rid of the kickoff completely is when I quit watching.

Jim McAllister said...

On the other hand I got to admit that I didn't catch Polio or Smallpox either, everyone got those inoculations back then..
I got them probably because my mom had survived a bout of Smallpox from living near a diseased Indian reservation in Oklahoma in the twenties..

At one time we trusted the various federal offices such as the CDC implicitly, today I along with millions don't trust the system at all and that's including doctors and that's not counting the Native Americans who should distrust the government at every turn- after all look how the government has treated them.
Blacks have no bitch whatsoever compared to what the NA community has suffered at the hands of the federal government.

Just when has the federal government gone on an orchestrated killing spree/internment camp program towards the blacks?

You sure can't say that about the way our government has treated the indigenous inhabitants or Japanese or German American's in the early 40's.

The Black whiners simply need to grow up.

PROUD said...

Middy, I got the flu shot this year because I have a (minimally invasive),back surgery date coming up, one I have had to wait for nearly two months for. The last thing I wanted was to get the flu and have to cancel my surgery. I figured it was cheap insurance, (which my insurance paid for so I guess it was doubly cheap) ...My doctor told me nobody gets the flu from the shot, (they use a dead virus instead of a live one) but, coincidentally some folks may still come down with the flu as the shot takes two weeks to become effective. (over 65 they have an HD version, it's not any stronger, just formulated to go easier on older immune systems)

That's sure true about the American Japanese during the 40s.

A guy named Jamie Ford wrote a great story about that in 2009 called "Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet" I highly recommend it.

During WW1 in Cincinnati, they changed a lot of German street names because of the war.

It's all about the paranoia

midnightsstaff said...

That's not the direction I was going, my problem is how can R&D effectively shotgun a prophylactic for a mutating virus?

The virus evolves and the vaccine created has to be using last season's flu to create the antibodies necessary..
They are by definition targeting something that has evolved.

Anyway, I wash my hands a lot and stay away from crowds, it has worked better for me than the damn shot has, or at least no worse.
..also I recommend not picking your nose without cleaning your nose finger first, especially under the fingernail just how mom told me - after all there simply is no substitute for good hygiene... right?

Actually I'm convinced that licking the family dog's lips would do about as much as a seasonal flu shot, maybe more!, and after all in the end isn't sampling the dog bowl pretty much the same approach these labs are using?

I realize that actually licking a dogs lips could be a bit much for some out there or maybe it's not- (dog owners tend to be funny like that) so I suggest instead drinking from the dogs bowl or wherever he drinks from, now doesn't that make it more palatable?

As usual no charge for the advice as I feel it's my public duty.

Thanks guys, of all the things I've done to myself (broken arms, legs, collar bone from racing plus Jim's list), this is by far the most painful. The disk between L4/5 has shifted, I have a bone on bone situation on one side, and the disk bulged out to severely pinch my sciatic nerve, just for shits and grins, my body decided to test my pain threshold by developing a bone spur into the old sciatic as well. The past couple years I have kept things somewhat in check with epidural steroid shots, but those no longer prove effective, so the past two months waiting for surgery, I have had pain 24/7 from my lower back, across my right butt, down the right leg into my ankle. I guess if they bring back 'Queen For A Day', that story should land me a crown?...Until then, I will continue treating the condition with the only thing that helps, Crown (on the rocks) Hows that for irony?

Construction beats the hell out of a body, I am surprised with all the tilt up construction I did I can even walk now..

Sure feel sorry for some of those guys I used to work with who probably haven't worked for a couple of years now or are part time construction gypsies at my age.

.."All government, in its essence, is a conspiracy against the superior man: its one permanent object is to oppress him and cripple him.
If it be aristocratic in organization, then it seeks to protect the man who is superior only in law against the man who is superior in fact;
if it be democratic, then it seeks to protect the man who is inferior in every way against both.
One of its primary functions is to regiment men by force, to make them as much alike as possible and as dependent upon one another as possible, to search out and combat originality among them.
All it can see in an original idea is potential change, and hence an invasion of its prerogatives.
The most dangerous man to any government is the man who is able to think things out for himself, without regard to the prevailing superstitions and taboos. Almost inevitably he comes to the conclusion that the government he lives under is dishonest, insane and intolerable, and so, if he is romantic, he tries to change it.
And even if he is not romantic personally he is very apt to spread discontent among those who are."

See Freytag, 501 U.S. at 878.
These structural provisions serve to protect the people, for it is ultimately the people’s rights that suffer when one branch encroaches on another.
As Madison explained in Federalist No. 51, the division of power between the branches forms part of the “security [that] arises to the rights of the people.” The Federalist No. 51, supra, at 320.
Or as the Supreme Court held in Freytag, “The structural interests
protected by the Appointments Clause are not those of any one branch of Government but of the entire Republic.” 501 U.S. at
880.
In short, nothing in 5 U.S.C. § 5503 changes our view that the original meaning of “happen” is “arise.”

and.. most importantly..

.."The power of a written constitution lies in its words.
It is those words that were adopted by the people.
When those words speak clearly, it is not up to us to depart from their meaning in favor of our own concept of efficiency, convenience, or
facilitation of the functions of government. In light of the
extensive evidence that the original public meaning of “happen”
was “arise,” we hold that the President may only make recess appointments to fill vacancies that arise during the recess"

Satan's tool is skating on very thin ice.

One parting shot and then I'm done- does anyone have any idea what the last mission for General George Custer was?
hint.. (to confiscate guns from the Sioux.)

.."On Sunday, 28 December, Craft learned that Big Foot's band had been intercepted and was camped on Wounded Knee Creek, where Col. James W. Forsyth, commander of the famous Seventh Cavalry, planned to disarm them. Gen. John R. Brooke, directing the operation from Pine Ridge Agency, was well aware of the favorable influence any Black Robe would have over restless Indians. Earlier that month he had sent Father John Jutz, the Jesuit missionary at Holy Rosary Mission, to negotiate with Two Strike and others in the Stronghold. Jutz brought the Sicangu chief back to the agency for a council with Brooke, and by mid-December almost a thousand of his people had come in peaceably. Brooke hoped Father Craft could be similarly persuasive in the disarming of the Big Foot's band"

It's my first documentary and I can see areas of improvement for "Stay in Time: Dell Mack and Ray Carson," and make a bunch of videos about the music legends who know all the legends and it's all so very normal.

A church pastor was hoping all the Rockabillies could get together, including Dolly Parton. Rockabilly seems to be making a comeback.

Actually, I'm just proscrastinating. Thinking. There's this free app to make EVERYTHING into mobile stuff and 67 percent of a views are from cell phones, iPads, etc. so it's possible that this year, my company might take off.

From the Weekly Standard...
.."President Barack Obama pledged this morning in his weekly radio address to continue to crackdown on "irresponsible behavior."

"Here in America, we know the free market is the greatest force for economic progress the world has ever known. But we also know the free market works best for everyone when we have smart, commonsense rules in place to prevent irresponsible behavior," Obama began.

"That’s why we passed tough reforms to protect consumers and our financial system from the kind of abuse that nearly brought our economy to its knees. And that’s why we’ve taken steps to end taxpayer-funded bailouts, and make sure businesses and individuals who do the right thing aren’t undermined by those who don’t.

"But it’s not enough to change the law – we also need cops on the beat to enforce the law. And that’s why, on Thursday, I nominated Mary Jo White to lead the Securities and Exchange Commission, and Richard Cordray to continue leading the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

"Mary Jo White has decades of experience cracking down on white-collar criminals and bringing mobsters and terrorists to justice. At the SEC, she will help complete the task of reforming Wall Street and keep going after irresponsible behavior in the financial industry so that taxpayers don’t pay the price."

.."so that taxpayers don’t pay the price."
Hahahaha.. does anyone take this buffoon seriously? - give me a breaaaak! he's starting to make Jimmy Carter look like a reasonable and effective leader.

At this moment he has Ben KeynesianKlown printing unsustainable un funded future debt at the tune of eighty five billion dollars a month with no end in sight and an economy that's headed for collapse..what?... now he want's me to believe he's putting a couple of real pro's on it?

From Reader Ed. Welcome to America.

This is exactly why Mitt Romney said that 47 percent of the people are too dependent on the government. They have learned to work the system.

A Ford Dealer's Report - From Tom Selkis' (Latham Ford) Facebook - True story yesterday at the dealership.

"I'll try to make this as short and to the point as I can.

One of my salesmen here had a woman in his office yesterday wanting to lease a brand new Focus.
As he was reviewing her credit application with her he noticed she was on social security disability.
He said to her you don't look like you're disabled and unable to work.
She said "Well I'm really not. I could work if I wanted to, but I make more now than I did when I was working and got hurt (non-disabling injury)."
She said the gov't sends her $1500.00 a month in 1 check. And she gets $700.00 a month on an EBT card (food stamps), and $800.00 a month for rent.

Oh yeah, and 250 minutes free on her phone.
That is just south of $3500.00 a month.

When she was working, she was taking home about $330.00 per week.
Do the math and then ask yourself why should she go back to work.
If you multiply that by millions of people, you start to realize the scope of the problem we face as a country.

Once the socialists have 51% of the population in that same scenario, we are finished. The question is when do we cross that threshold if we haven't already, and there are not enough people working to pay enough taxes to support the non-working people? Riots?? Be prepared to protect your homes.

She didn't lease the Focus here because the dealer down the road beat our deal by $10.00/month.
Glad to know she is so frugal with her hard earned money."

Yesterday he was praising the NBA players for what good citizens they are and how they are such good family men. When I finished laughing, the first one I thought of was Shawn Kemp, formerly of the Seattle Sonics.

I feel sorry for Tippett. He is a high class guy and a great coach who deserves to be in a good environment.

If they could win consistently, it would sure help the crowds for the lesser teams. They will always dray 18,000 for Chicago, Detroit, Phila. etc. but they need more for Minnesota, Jersey, etc.

Some guys really love a sport and will take money losses if their pockets are deep enough but most gotta make a buck. It's still a business.

Rick,

That weather brings back memories. Shorts and tee shirt one day and parka the next. Good old Mizzou weather; it was the same while I was at Whiteman.

Middy,

I've checked it many times in summer and winter. It's always about 7 degrees difference between us and down on the 101.

Yes, free space heaters paid for by the government.

Mike,

One of the sites has a picture of him at the pool with a superimposed little toy rifle. Really funny.

The dumbass wouldn't even know how to load a damn gun. What a joke he is.

How is a guy going to do anything with a gun if he is afraid of football?

Brian Epstein? LOL

mike, I agree.. but how about a nice 1911 full size frame, not too bad recoil, magazines are everywhere and pretty cheap, .45 acp is readily available and old ugly even in ball round is nothing but business for a defensive round.

..everyone should have a nice police style shotgun in the house as well loaded up with double OO buck, same thing, it's cheap and effective insurance.

.."A teenage girl–an honor student who had just performed at President Obama’s inaugural–was gunned down Tuesday afternoon in the Kenwood neighborhood, just blocks from the high school she attended."

I wonder if the punk will now tearfully go on camera and demand a halt to violence in Chicago?

na.. this just doesn't pass the sniff test when it comes to destroying the nation- I guess if there is no white mexican named Goldberg defending his life with a legal firearm that can be scapegoated, it just doesn't have merit.

She is just more collateral damage in Obama's war on America.

Thank you State of Pennsylvania.. they just forwarded this legislation..
this is what every state should pass immediately and then arrest and convict Federal agents breaking state laws.

.."Providing that any Federal law which attempts to register, restrict or ban a firearm or to limit the size of a magazine of a firearm in this Commonwealth shall be unenforceable in this Commonwealth; and imposing penalties."

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. Short title.

This act shall be known and may be cited as the Right to Bear Arms Protection Act.

Section 2. Definitions.

The following words and phrases when used in this act shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

"Firearm accessory." An item that is used in conjunction with or mounted on a firearm but is not essential to the basic function of a firearm.

Section 3. Federal law relating to firearms, accessories and ammunition.

(a) Enforceability.--A Federal law, rule, regulation or order created or taking effect after December 31, 2012, shall be unenforceable within the borders of this Commonwealth if the law, rule, regulation or order attempts to register, restrict or ban the ownership or purchase of a firearm, magazine of a firearm, firearm accessory or ammunition.

(b) Federal agent.--An official, agent or employee of the Federal Government, Commonwealth or political subdivision who enforces or attempts to enforce a Federal law under subsection (a) commits a felony of the third degree and, upon conviction, shall be subject to imprisonment for not less than one year or more than seven years, a fine of not more than $15,000, or both.

The Attorney General shall prosecute violations of this section.

Section 4. Duty of Attorney General.

The Attorney General shall defend a resident of this Commonwealth who is prosecuted by the Federal Government for a violation of Federal law under section 3(a) that attempts to register, restrict or ban the ownership or purchase of a firearm, magazine of a firearm, firearm accessory or ammunition that is retained in this Commonwealth.

Section 20. Effective date.

This act shall take effect in 60 days.

This is an example of a highly informed American citizen exercising his first amendment rights of expression, we need more of this type of thinking and a lot less of the Statist mindset.

.."a free people can only make this mistake once"... yes that's what he said and it's a deadly accurate statement.

Isn't this the exact thing that got people hung at Nurenburg?

Looks like Obama is engineering a chemical attack on humanity.. wonder if Candy Crowley will report this?

Amazon profits shrunk by 45% the last quarter, two things.. didn't Amazon finally cave in and start charging sales tax a little while ago? and why did the stock price rise in light of a crushed quarter?

...manipulated markets anyone ????

Too bad your new business model is likely to suffer from a collapsing market Rick.. perhaps in a growing economy you might have had success and enjoyed the fruit of your labors but if this report is true then we are headed for a serious depression that will crush all new ventures not sheltered by the new paradigm of "the new normal" or benefit from the "friends of Obama" campaign paybacks program he promotes.

Might want to reconsider that vote for Obama you cast.. too late you say?

I guess it's a matter of..
"what difference does it make?"- does that make you feel better?

Jim, A 1911 45 is a nice choice. Never understood why the military gave that up for a 9mm. The 45 will blow a hole in a barn door.

I have a Ruger 9mm with two 15 round magazines I keep in the house and sometimes take hunting with me. My concealed carry weapon is a Ruger 380 cal with two 6 round magazines and I also have a Ruger 22 I use for target shooting.

I also have a 12 gauge shotgun for hunting and home protection.

I know this will make you guys happy. It's the simple things of life, you know.

Ray Carson is a former radio DJ, with Carson not being his actual name. Ray was my editor at the Waynesville Daily Guide when I was a sports editor and later a newspaper reporter. He's Old School. Knows Dolly Parton, Dell Mack, so many others personally. He once arranged to have Dolly call me when Dora got sick in 2000. My favorite friend was always SN. My pal who kept me strong when Dora was dying.

Anyway, Ray is a staunch Republican and he and I are Facebook friends. He recently lost his wonderful wife, Linda, and she was always willing to give me good advice. She may have chewed my butt once or twice when I deserved it.

Ray Carson just defended me in an argument with Bodo concerning gun rights. He's a bit like Jim.

The news just said on Facebook that Christian County sheriff's department in Missouri will refuse to obey any order trampling on Second Amendment rights.

It's starting.

Well, I figure to get another camcorder or two and I'm going to need the Adobe Premier Pro video software. Plus camcorders that use external microphones. A studio would be nice. God will provide, I reckon.

I used to have nightmares of this time. In my dreams, I was young and running in single file with other soldiers fighting for the independence of America. It all began in 2025 when the global government took power. I wrote a novel based on what happened and after that, Dora died and you know my story.

It's a better world for some people, but not for everyone.

Just gonna have to make those happy videos. Appear not to be a problem to those people who are doing this. They have lots and lots of money and I can't fight that.

Missouri sheriffs are going to oppose any gun confiscations, but gee whiz, that's just part of the plan. So eventually it will mean foreign intervention.

They used international law in Oklahoma. They will use international law against Americans.

It won't matter where you live. Look at how the youth are being brainwashed that everything we see is normal. We're just old senile old farts from the Cold War.

By 2025, guess who will be running the world? God help us ... just hope it isn't a liberal.

Yeah Missouri seems the most part a fairly reasonable state, chickens grown in Missouri taste just as good as the ones from Tennessee they say.

It was probably politics that gave us the nine mm Beretta model 92, I could never figure it out either, but you could pick up a government model for fifty bucks back then, I wish I had done exactly that now.

I have a Springfield Armory now, and it's a real nice shooter.

Well it looks like the government is flexing up on us, they are staging air tactical maneuvers in Florida and Texas.. it's coming folks, they are going to stage another false flag crisis and pull another stunt against our Constitutional rights.

I wouldn't want to be stuck in some northeastern human debris breeding preserve in the near future.

.."On January 25th, 2013 , Mr. Lyndon Larouche, a well respected journalist and political activist recieved word from his sources within the United States government that President Barack Hussein Obama has been indicted by a Federal Court. Details of the indictment has been ommited by Larouche but he characterized them as probably the greatest indictment he has ever seen placed upon a standing president throughout history. Watch the first 5 minutes of the video to hear this explosive news."
